In order to administer a membership account, you must register your email address and name with us. You will follow these steps:

1. Fill out this form. The system will send a confirmation email to you
2. There will be a link in the email that "confirms" that you have received your email. You MUST click on the link to confirm your email address. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to administer accounts.
